On those two days a week, two full-time apprentices take the helm and provide haircutting, washing and colouring services on the cheap – for only RM10 to be exact. Every other day, the professionals take over and will charge a minimum of RM50 for a men’s haircut and RM65 for women’s haircut. A wash-and-blow will set you back RM25; but if you wish to get these services for free, come on Wednesdays or Thursdays when a student will be assigned to you.
